Workshop #1-Bro. Reed held this workshop at the Texas Missions Conference on Leadership and Church Development in Garland. He covers topics such as: When & where to buy property; property preparation; building design; building phases; building remodeling; avoiding costly mistakes; financing; and how to develop an overall Master plan for every area of the church.

 

Workshop #2- Bro. Monty will cover dozens of ways to advertise your church in the community; and how to use media to get recognition and reach the lost and unchurched. You will go home with a handful of ideas to pray about and consider implementing immediately. Also covered: How to raise money for advertising purposes without taking away from the General Fund.
